  • 🚨 Street Slurry Almost Complete!

A big thank you to all our residents for your patience and cooperation during the slurry project. We know it has not been easy working around the parking changes and construction crews, but your flexibility has helped things run smoothly. Unfortunately, there were a few instances where closed barriers were ignored, which caused damage to freshly treated areas. We are currently assessing the repairs needed and will pass the costs on to the responsible homeowners, as it is important that everyone respects closures to protect the investment being made in our community.

We also removed several speed bumps as part of this project and are evaluating whether they need to be reinstalled. While many drivers are mindful, there have been reports of vehicles speeding through the neighborhood. Our community speed limit is 10 mph, and it is important that everyone follows it. If speeding continues, we may have no choice but to reinstall the speed bumps, which could also lead to an increase in HOA dues. As a reminder, the project wraps up this week and parking enforcement will return to normal on Monday, September 15th. After that date, there will be no overnight street or guest parking without a valid permit or being properly safelisted. Thank you again for your efforts to stay off the freshly treated surfaces and for helping us keep the neighborhood looking beautiful. These improvements are an investment in a smoother, cleaner, and safer community for all of us to enjoy.

  • No Fishing!

The community lake is one of the most beautiful features of Anaheim Shores, and it’s no surprise that others outside our neighborhood have taken notice. Recently, there has been an increase in individuals trespassing to fish at the lake. If you see anyone fishing or engaging in unsafe activities in the common areas, please report it immediately by calling Patrol One at (714) 541-0999 or Anaheim Police at (714) 765-1900.

We do not recommend approaching or confronting anyone directly. However, you may politely inform them that fishing is not allowed. The lake’s fish population is minimal, and protecting our wildlife is a priority for the entire community.e

  • Parking Permit Program Coming Soon!

We understand that some residents have limited driveway space for multiple vehicles, so we will be reinstating our community parking permit program in the coming months. This program will have a few requirements, including an application process, garage inspections, and an annual fee of $350 per vehicle. Each household may receive only one parking permit, but this could be a great option for those who currently have to park outside the community in the evening.

The final details are still being finalized, so stay tuned for more information soon!
