  • 🚗 Safelisted Vehicles and Parking Permit Program

We are excited to share that our updated Parking Permit Program is now active for all residents, using your approved license plate as your overnight parking authorization in common areas. This system helps keep our community organized and ensures vehicles are properly registered to avoid citations or towing, so please review the attached guidelines at AnaheimShores.com or scan the QR code, and set up or confirm your Patrol One profile. Please remember that garages are intended for vehicle parking, permits are issued only after inspection and approval, and vehicles that are not regularly moved may be considered stored or inoperative under HOA rules and should be kept inside the garage to remain in compliance. If you are a tenant, please contact your property owner directly to request a parking permit.

  • 2025 Community Maintenance and Improvement Summary

As the sunshine lingers a little longer each day, it feels like the perfect time to share a few exciting improvements taking shape around Anaheim Shores. At Pool 3, the remodeled bathroom and shower are nearly complete and expected to reopen very soon, and the refreshed space beautifully elevates the pool area just in time for warmer weather. Next, the bathrooms at Pool 1 will receive similar thoughtful upgrades as we continue enhancing our shared amenities.

You may have noticed additional lighting along the walkway on the east arm of the lake, creating a safer and more welcoming path for evening strolls. The stream area near Coronet has been refreshed with new landscaping and now includes a bench, and two additional benches have been added near Pool 3 and by the sidewalk at the lighthouse compass entrance, offering peaceful spots to enjoy lake views, sunrises, sunsets, and local wildlife.

As projects move forward, residents are always welcome to learn how HOA dues are allocated by contacting our manager, attending a monthly meeting, or reviewing the summary by clicking below.

  • HOA Dues 2026

The budget for the new year has been finalized and approved, and the monthly dues for 2026 will be $350, reflecting a twenty dollar increase. This update supports the continued care, maintenance, and improvements that keep our community looking beautiful and running smoothly. A detailed copy of the annual budget report will be mailed to all homeowners for your review. If you pay through your own bank’s autopay, please remember to update your payment amount for the January 2026 assessment. For added convenience, you are encouraged to enroll in the auto debit program offered through the management company. It ensures your payment is always on time and also helps reduce postage costs for paper statements. goes here

  • No Fishing!

The community lake is one of the most beautiful features of Anaheim Shores, and it’s no surprise that others outside our neighborhood have taken notice. Recently, there has been an increase in individuals trespassing to fish at the lake. If you see anyone fishing or engaging in unsafe activities in the common areas, please report it immediately by calling Patrol One at (714) 541-0999 or Anaheim Police at (714) 765-1900.

We do not recommend approaching or confronting anyone directly. However, you may politely inform them that fishing is not allowed. The lake’s fish population is minimal, and protecting our wildlife is a priority for the entire community.e
