The Private, Planned Community Of Anaheim Shores And What It Means To You And Your Family

Anaheim Shores is a choice residential community in north Anaheim, rich in heritage and promise. Comfortably removed from the pace of freeways and the bustle of city life.

With over eighty acres of privacy, it features a six-acre recreation and lake area, offering a serene lakeside park experience. Enjoy a relaxing soak or an invigorating swim in one of the community pools. The park-like atmosphere includes winding paths, wooden bridges, and sparkling cascades.

Common areas and recreational facilities are maintained by the Anaheim Shores Community Owners Association, ensuring a well-kept environment. Living here means ideal privacy, shared community values, and maintaining the design integrity of your home and yard.

  • 🛋️ Community Garage Sale - March 21st | 7AM - 12PM - SIGN UP TODAY!

Now is a great time for a little spring cleaning! We will be hosting a community yard sale on Saturday, March 21st from 7AM until 12PM. We will advertise the event and place directional signs accordingly. You can choose to set up your belongings in your driveway or on the green belt on Falmouth Ave. (Across from John Marshall park)

If you are interested in participating in this event, please text 714-348-9694 with your name and address.

  • No Illegal Dumping

Friendly reminder that the areas just outside of our community are not designated places to leave large items for disposal. Leaving furniture, mattresses, or other bulky items in these areas creates an eyesore and can lead to unnecessary cleanup costs for the community.

The good news is that the City of Anaheim offers a FREE Bulky Item Pick Up program that makes disposal easy. Residents can schedule up to (3) bulky item pickups per calendar year at no cost. Simply prepare a list of the items you need removed and place them at the curb on your scheduled pickup date.

To learn more or schedule a pickup, visit www.anaheim.net/republicservices or contact Republic Services Customer Service at (714) 238-2444.
