The Private, Planned Community Of Anaheim Shores And What It Means To You And Your Family
Anaheim Shores is a choice residential community in north Anaheim, rich in heritage and promise. Comfortably removed from the pace of freeways and the bustle of city life.
With over eighty acres of privacy, it features a six-acre recreation and lake area, offering a serene lakeside park experience. Enjoy a relaxing soak or an invigorating swim in one of the community pools. The park-like atmosphere includes winding paths, wooden bridges, and sparkling cascades.
Common areas and recreational facilities are maintained by the Anaheim Shores Community Owners Association, ensuring a well-kept environment. Living here means ideal privacy, shared community values, and maintaining the design integrity of your home and yard.

2025 Community Maintenance and Improvement Summary
As the sunshine lingers a little longer each day, it feels like the perfect time to share a few exciting improvements taking shape around Anaheim Shores. At Pool 3, the remodeled bathroom and shower are nearly complete and expected to reopen very soon, and the refreshed space beautifully elevates the pool area just in time for warmer weather. Next, the bathrooms at Pool 1 will receive similar thoughtful upgrades as we continue enhancing our shared amenities.
You may have noticed additional lighting along the walkway on the east arm of the lake, creating a safer and more welcoming path for evening strolls. The stream area near Coronet has been refreshed with new landscaping and now includes a bench, and two additional benches have been added near Pool 3 and by the sidewalk at the lighthouse compass entrance, offering peaceful spots to enjoy lake views, sunrises, sunsets, and local wildlife.
