  • Owners Meeting

    The next homeowners meeting will take place on Monday, Monday 18th, 2026 at 7PM

    The meeting will be held at Pool #1, located at 1900 W. Bayshore Dr. Don’t forget to bring your pool key for access.

  • Driveway Ramo Moratorium

    The Board has placed a temporary moratorium on all new driveway ramp installations and modifications throughout the community. No new ramp projects will be approved during this period. The Board will be developing uniform design guidelines to ensure safety, functionality, and a cohesive appearance throughout Anaheim Shores. Once those guidelines have been finalized, the process for submitting new requests will be communicated to all homeowners. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to establish standards that benefit the entire community.

  • Pool Update 2026

    Great news! All three pools will be fully operational and heated in time for Memorial Day weekend. Pool #2 also features brand new lounge chairs, so come enjoy the refreshed space. If you notice any issues with any of the pools, please contact Monica Sandoval at monica.sandoval@managementtrust.com or (714) 285-2626 ext. 1171.

    Pool Hours:
    Sunday through Thursday: 9 AM to 10 PM
    Friday and Saturday: 9 AM to 11 PM

    Pool Reminders:

    - All guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times. 

    - Each resident must use their own pool key for entry.

    - Please keep pool gates and bathrooms closed at all times, including locking bathroom doors while in use.

    - Pool furniture must remain in designated areas. Keep walkways, stairs, and bathrooms clear.

    - Food and snacks should be enjoyed at designated tables, away from the pool and spa.

    - Please be courteous and respectful to others while enjoying the facilities.

    We encourage all residents to take a moment to familiarize themselves with the full pool rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable season for everyone.
