The Private, Planned Community Of Anaheim Shores And What It Means To You And Your Family

Anaheim Shores is a choice residential community in north Anaheim, rich in heritage and promise. Comfortably removed from the pace of freeways and the bustle of city life.

With over eighty acres of privacy, it features a six-acre recreation and lake area, offering a serene lakeside park experience. Enjoy a relaxing soak or an invigorating swim in one of the community pools. The park-like atmosphere includes winding paths, wooden bridges, and sparkling cascades.

Common areas and recreational facilities are maintained by the Anaheim Shores Community Owners Association, ensuring a well-kept environment. Living here means ideal privacy, shared community values, and maintaining the design integrity of your home and yard.

  • Fireworks Update - City of Anaheim Policy Under Review

With July 4th just around the corner, we want to share an important update regarding fireworks in our area. Our District 3 Council Member, Natalie, has requested a review of the City of Anaheim's current fireworks policy. As surrounding cities continue to move toward banning fireworks entirely, this conversation is an important one for our community. At this time, no changes to city policy have been announced. However, we want to remind all residents that regardless of what is permitted on public streets, fireworks of any kind are NOT allowed within Anaheim Shores.

If there is any significant change to the City's policy before our July newsletter goes out, we will communicate that information to homeowners via email blast. Stay tuned for updates.

If you would like to learn more or share your thoughts with the City directly, we encourage you to attend one of Anaheim's Community Open Houses. A casual, drop-in style event where you can visit city staff, ask questions, and share what matters most to you. No formal presentations, no pressure. Just real conversations about your neighborhood.
