The next homeowners meeting will take place on Monday, August 17th, 2026 at 7PM
The meeting will be held at Pool #1, located at 1900 W. Bayshore Dr. Don’t forget to bring your pool key for access.

Community Yard Sale - September 26th, 7AM - 12PM
Get ready for our fall Community Yard Sale! Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 26th from 7AM to 12PM. It is the perfect opportunity to do a little end of summer decluttering, connect with neighbors, and turn those unused items into a little extra cash. We will advertise the event and place directional signs throughout the community. You can choose to set up your belongings in your driveway or on the green belt on Falmouth Ave., across from John Marshall Park.

Driveway Ramp Removal - Action Required!
After careful consideration, all driveway ramps throughout Anaheim Shores will no longer be permitted in our community. We kindly ask that all residents who currently have a ramp installed please make arrangements to have it removed by September 30, 2026.
This decision was made with the safety, functionality, and cohesive appearance of our community streets in mind, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
