The Private, Planned Community Of Anaheim Shores And What It Means To You And Your Family

Anaheim Shores is a choice residential community in north Anaheim, rich in heritage and promise. Comfortably removed from the pace of freeways and the bustle of city life.

With over eighty acres of privacy, it features a six-acre recreation and lake area, offering a serene lakeside park experience. Enjoy a relaxing soak or an invigorating swim in one of the community pools. The park-like atmosphere includes winding paths, wooden bridges, and sparkling cascades.

Common areas and recreational facilities are maintained by the Anaheim Shores Community Owners Association, ensuring a well-kept environment. Living here means ideal privacy, shared community values, and maintaining the design integrity of your home and yard.

The next homeowners meeting will take place on Monday, July 20th, 2026 at 7PM

  • Summer Pest Prevention

Warm summer weather means increased pest activity throughout our community. Here are a few simple steps we can all take to help keep Anaheim Shores comfortable and pest-free this season. Mosquitoes breed in very little standing water, sometimes just a bottle cap full. Help reduce mosquito populations by emptying standing water from flower pots, buckets, bird baths, toys, and outdoor furniture. Clean your gutters and drains regularly, keep pools and spas properly maintained, and use EPA-approved insect repellent when spending time outdoors during dawn and dusk. Please also report any areas of standing water in common areas to HOA management.

Summer is also the prime season for ants searching for food and water. Keep food sealed, countertops clean, and sweep patios and balconies regularly. Store pet food indoors when possible, and notify management if any activity is occurring in common areas. If you notice a wasp or bee nest in a common area, please report it to management rather than attempting to remove it yourself.

Finally, keep pets on flea and tick prevention as recommended by your veterinarian, avoid leaving standing water in pet bowls overnight, and watch for foxtails during walks near landscaped areas.
