The meeting will be held at Pool #1, located at 1900 W. Bayshore Dr. Don’t forget to bring your pool key for access.

Thank you to our yard sale participants!
A big thank you to everyone who participated in last month’s Community Yard Sale. It was great to see neighbors out and about, giving old treasures a new home and connecting along the way. We hope you were able to make a little extra cash while creating some space for new beginnings. Be sure to mark your calendars for the next Community Yard Sale in September 2026.

Pool Update 2026
As the warmer weather rolls in, our community pools are getting ready for the season. Heating for all three pools will begin at the end of April, just in time for Memorial Day weekend. We are also happy to share that renovations at Pool 2 have been completed, and all three pools are now fully in service.
Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep our pool areas safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.
Pool Hours:
Sunday through Thursday: 9 AM to 10 PM
Friday and Saturday: 9 AM to 11 PMPool Reminders:
- All guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times.
- Each resident must use their own pool key for entry.
- Please keep pool gates and bathrooms closed at all times, including locking bathroom doors while in use.
- Pool furniture must remain in designated areas. Keep walkways, stairs, and bathrooms clear.
- Food and snacks should be enjoyed at designated tables, away from the pool and spa.
- Please be courteous and respectful to others while enjoying the facilities.
We encourage all residents to take a moment to familiarize themselves with the full pool rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable season for everyone.
