The Private, Planned Community Of Anaheim Shores And What It Means To You And Your Family
Anaheim Shores is a choice residential community in north Anaheim, rich in heritage and promise. Comfortably removed from the pace of freeways and the bustle of city life.
With over eighty acres of privacy, it features a six-acre recreation and lake area, offering a serene lakeside park experience. Enjoy a relaxing soak or an invigorating swim in one of the community pools. The park-like atmosphere includes winding paths, wooden bridges, and sparkling cascades.
Common areas and recreational facilities are maintained by the Anaheim Shores Community Owners Association, ensuring a well-kept environment. Living here means ideal privacy, shared community values, and maintaining the design integrity of your home and yard.

🚨 Street Slurry Almost Complete!
A big thank you to all our residents for your patience and cooperation during the slurry project. We know it has not been easy working around the parking changes and construction crews, but your flexibility has helped things run smoothly. Unfortunately, there were a few instances where closed barriers were ignored, which caused damage to freshly treated areas. We are currently assessing the repairs needed and will pass the costs on to the responsible homeowners, as it is important that everyone respects closures to protect the investment being made in our community.
We also removed several speed bumps as part of this project and are evaluating whether they need to be reinstalled. While many drivers are mindful, there have been reports of vehicles speeding through the neighborhood. Our community speed limit is 10 mph, and it is important that everyone follows it. If speeding continues, we may have no choice but to reinstall the speed bumps, which could also lead to an increase in HOA dues. As a reminder, the project wraps up this week and parking enforcement will return to normal on Monday, September 15th. After that date, there will be no overnight street or guest parking without a valid permit or being properly safelisted. Thank you again for your efforts to stay off the freshly treated surfaces and for helping us keep the neighborhood looking beautiful. These improvements are an investment in a smoother, cleaner, and safer community for all of us to enjoy.
