Anaheim Shores

A Private Community

The Private, Planned Community Of Anaheim Shores And What It Means To You And Your Family

Anaheim Shores is a choice residential community in north Anaheim, rich in heritage and promise. Comfortably removed from the pace of freeways and the bustle of city life.

With over eighty acres of privacy, it features a six-acre recreation and lake area, offering a serene lakeside park experience. Enjoy a relaxing soak or an invigorating swim in one of the community pools. The park-like atmosphere includes winding paths, wooden bridges, and sparkling cascades.

Common areas and recreational facilities are maintained by the Anaheim Shores Community Owners Association, ensuring a well-kept environment. Living here means ideal privacy, shared community values, and maintaining the design integrity of your home and yard.

  • Owners Meeting

    Monday, July 21, 2025 at 7PM

The meeting will be held at Pool #1, located at 1900 W. Bayshore Dr. Don’t forget to bring your pool key for access.

  • No Fireworks in the Community

With July 4th approaching, it's important to address the potential increase in random blasts of illegal fireworks in our area. These fireworks are not only loud but also against the law. If you witness the use of illegal fireworks, please report it to the Anaheim Police Department at (714) 765-1900. While the City of Anaheim permits legal fireworks, we want to clarify that our community WILL NOT allow fireworks on Anaheim Shores streets. We kindly suggest enjoying local fireworks shows or legal fireworks outside of our community for everyone's safety and enjoyment. Let's celebrate responsibly and ensure a pleasant holiday for all.

  • New Community Management Team

We want to inform you of a recent change in community management. Effective immediately, Loit Kaskla is no longer with The Management Trust. We thank him for his service and wish him all the best in his future endeavors. This transition was made with the long-term success and stability of our community in mind.

In the meantime, we’re pleased to introduce Debbie Graffam as our Interim Senior Community Manager. Debbie brings over 20 years of experience in HOA management and has successfully overseen high-volume communities as a former General Manager. Her primary goal will be to stabilize day-to-day operations and support the Board as we work to assign a permanent manager.

We invite you to come and meet Debbie in person at this month's owners meeting on Monday, April 21st, at 7PM. This will be a great opportunity to welcome her and discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
