Street Repairs Are Coming - Here’s What You Need to Know
The next phase of our community street repair project is moving forward! This important effort will enhance the overall appearance and safety of our neighborhood. Street work is scheduled between July 23rd and July 30th, affecting Outrigger Way, Compass Lane, Bowsprit Lane, and Lighthouse Lane.
📍 Phase Schedule:
Phase 1 – Wednesday, July 23: Compass Ln (including Lighthouse entrance & both sides of Compass Ln)
Phase 2 – Thursday, July 24: Bowsprit Ln & Lighthouse Ln
Phase 3 – Friday, July 25: Lighthouse Ln & Outrigger Way
Phase 4 – Tuesday, July 29: Lighthouse Ln & Outrigger WayWe’ll be hosting a special community meeting on Monday, July 14th at 7:00PM at Pool #, to answer any questions regarding the paving project. Everyone is encouraged to attend so we can ensure a smooth and coordinated effort.
On the day your street is being worked on, you will not be able to park at your home for approximately two days. During this time, please plan to park elsewhere within the community. Residents impacted by closures may use guest parking spaces, and if needed, may temporarily park on one side of unaffected streets such as Fathom, Mariner, and Shoal. Please be courteous—do not block street corners or driveways, and allow space for emergency and service vehicles to pass. We will mark designated temporary parking areas with cones and signs. Please make sure to follow all posted instructions and avoid entering restricted areas. Patrol One has been notified and will not issue citations or tow vehicles during the scheduled closures. This applies to paving-related impacts only. If your property is included in the paving work, please turn off your sprinklers the day before and reschedule gardening services to avoid interfering with crews. In addition, all trash bins must be put away on Monday night for streets scheduled to be paved, to avoid delays.
